We Need Your Help This Giving Tuesday

Despite the many challenges of 2020, the Shelter has continued our life-saving work of rescuing children living on the streets and reuniting them with family. This year, we have been able to rescue 70 children from the streets, reunite 40 children (and counting) with their families, provide skills training to 12 older children who were not prepared to return to school, and provide monthly food aid to 24 families affected by the pandemic. While we can celebrate all that we've been able to accomplish this year, we still need your help. Covid has brought about many unexpected challenges for us--changes to our usual programs, unexpected expenses, and loss of donations. Would you be willing to help us make for budget shortfalls this year so we can continue our life-saving work in Kenya? Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, and your one-time gift can make a huge difference to children living on the streets in Kenya.

Did you know that neither of our Co-executive Directors, nor our U.S. staff receives a salary from the Shelter? That means, instead of going to overhead costs, your donation goes directly to the ground--where it's needed most!
